你见过假期各个景点的人山人海，见过高速路上长达几公里的交通堵塞，但你见过下面的场景吗？

这张照片摄于世界最高峰珠穆朗玛峰上，图中300多名登山客在海拔8000米的有“死亡区”之称的地带排队等待登顶。
据尼泊尔最大的英文媒体Himalayan Times报道，今年春天以来，随着天气转暖，涌现了大量的登山者，目前已有14人丧命。
Insider报道指出，光是本周就有10名登山客在这里失去生命，这一数字比2018年全年还要多。据BBC报道，2018年共有5人死于珠峰，另有1人死于附近的洛子峰。

1. If you look carefully， you‘ll see there are two rows of climbers. Because there is only one fixed rope at the summit， climbers ascending and descending the summit all have to share the same rope.
如果你仔细看，你会发现登山者排成了两排。因为山顶上只有一根固定的绳子，上山和下山都必须共用这一根绳子。
2. The vast majority of Everest climbers use oxygen masks and cylinders at the summit - oxygen levels there are only about 30% what they are at sea level.

这就不难解释在长达几个小时的排队过程中，有人会因为脱水、体力不支，甚至是在完成登顶后的下山途中失足死亡了。
这张照片引人震惊的同时也让不少网友发出呼声：
或许珠峰也需要装上红绿灯了。
限制登山人数刻不容缓了。
这些人也该让那山缓缓了吧。
目标不应该只是成功登顶，而是成功登顶后安全归来，活着的！居然有那么多人是在返回的途中死亡的。
A： 尼泊尔应该将收费提高一倍。不光是为了限制登山人数，也得付钱清理他们产生的垃圾。
B： 多收费也组织不了那么多人，限制登山许可证就可以了。
太令人难过沮丧了。丹增和艾德（注：首登珠峰的两人Tensing Norgay和Edmund Hillary）是不希望看到这些的。如今人们的生活都是一项项地完成待办事项，总想要达成最高、最大、最怎么怎么。那些成功登顶的人，我为它们鼓掌叫好；但同时我也很高兴我能探索攀登那些无名山。
