最近，美国高盛集团设定了一个“雄心勃勃的目标”，要求每年从大学校园挑选的分析师中女性人数占到50%，希望通过增加初级职位上女性的比例，逐步改变整个公司员工包括高级管理人员的构成，最终增加公司员工的多样性。

为了实现这一目标，高盛要求业务部门负责人在评估高级管理人员的晋升时考虑多元化目标，此外，高盛还将为想要进入高盛交易大厅工作的女性提供为期一年的“试用期”，试图通过从基层培养女性人才的方法来解决女性领导匮乏的问题。

女性在职场晋升困难一直是华尔街的通病，特别是在高层，这一群体的占比更少。作为投行领头羊的高盛，实行在分析师类职位上男女同比例招聘等多元化措施，或许将有助于打破这一僵局。

亚行与亚投行行长共商战略及运营议题

ADB and AIIB Presidents Discuss Strategic And Operational Issues

亚洲开发银行（亚行）行长中尾武彦先生和亚洲基础设施投资银行（亚投行）行长金立群先生3月21日在亚行总部会晤，并探讨了一系列战略及运营议题。

Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Mr. Takehiko Nakao and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) President Mr. Jin Liqun met on 21 March in ADB’s headquarters and discussed a range of strategic and operational issues.

中尾先生和金先生共同签署了主权业务联合融资框架协议，该协议将为两大机构未来联合融资的整体安排提供指导，包括就联合融资事宜举行定期会议。

Mr. Nakao and Mr. Jin signed the Cofinancing Framework Agreement For Sovereign Operations that will guide overall cofinancing arrangements between the two institutions going forward, including regular meetings to discuss cofinancing matters.

截至目前，亚行和亚投行已有5个联合融资项目，其中包括在孟加拉国、格鲁吉亚、印度和巴基斯坦等国的4项主权贷款，以及通过亚行私营部门业务局在缅甸开展的合作项目。

So far, ADB and AIIB have cofinanced 5 projects, comprising 4 sovereign loans in Bangladesh, Georgia, India, and Pakistan, and one collaborative transaction in Myanmar through ADB’s Private Sector Operations Department.

双方在积极推动为主权和非主权项目提供更多的联合融资。

Further cofinancing for sovereign and nonsovereign projects is being actively pursued.

亚行和亚投行于2016年5月签署一份加强合作的谅解备忘录。亚行与亚投行分享了其在环境和社会保障、采购、资金业务、机构问题和治理方面的经验与实践。

ADB and AIIB signed the Memorandum of Understanding for Strengthening Cooperation in May 2016. ADB has shared with AIIB its experiences and practices regarding environmental and social safeguards, procurement, treasury operations, institutional issues, and governance.

金先生的随行人员也与亚行副行长、来自亚行联合融资业务办公室和战略、政策和审查局以及各区域局的高级职员进行了密切讨论。

Mr. Jin’s delegation also met and had close discussions with ADB vice presidents and senior staff from ADB’s Office of Cofinancing Operations; Strategy, Policy, and Review Department; and regional departments.

法航荷航集团计划提升2%航线运力

Air France-KLM To Increasing Capacity By 2%

To support dynamic growth in China and Asia，KLM supports this dynamic in Asia with an additional service to Shanghai (12 weekly flights).

Giant Pandas On Their Way To Denmark

两只中国大熊猫“毛二”和“星二”将于4月初告别成都熊猫基地，动身前往他们位于哥本哈根动物园的新家。

Two giant Chinese pandas, Mao Er and Xing Er, will finally be on their way from the Panda Base in Chengdu to their new home in Copenhagen Zoo in the beginning of April.

他们将搭乘北欧航空公司的航班抵达丹麦。航空公司目前正在敲定运输的最终细节，以确保这两位中国客人旅途一路平安。

They will travel to Copenhagen on a SAS flight. The airline is finalizing the last details of the planning of the transport to ensure a safe and smooth journey for the two Chinese travellers.

Levi's Is Going Public With A $6.6 Billion Valuation

据美国有线新闻网消息，牛仔裤制造商李维斯在缺席34年后重返股市。

Levi Strauss shares are in demand as the blue jeans maker returns to the stock market after a 34-year absence, by CNN reports.

这家服装零售商近日将其首次公开发行(ipo)定价为每股17美元，对该公司的估值约为66亿美元。这高于该公司此前设定的14至16美元的价格区间。

The clothing retailer priced its initial public offering on recent at $17 per share, valuing the company at about $6.6 billion. That's higher than the price range of $14 to $16 that the company had previously set.

此次发行将为这家总部位于旧金山的蓝色牛仔裤发明者筹集6.23亿美元。这是预计今年将在美国上市的一系列高调IPO之一。

The offering will raise $623 million for the San Francisco-based inventor of blue jeans. It's just one in a series of high-profile IPOs expected to hit US markets this year.

据了解，李维斯于1971年首次上市，1985年私有化。这家拥有166年历史的公司计划进行扩张，其中一部分就是通过上市筹集资金。

Levi's was first taken public in 1971 before being privatized in 1985. The money it's raising in its return to the public markets is part of the 166-year-old company's plans to expand.
