　　新浪财经讯 在2019中国发展高层论坛特别策划《你好，中国》节目中，瑞士再保险集团首席执行官缪汶乐（Christian Mumenthaler）指出，瑞士再保险集团预计中国经济将继续增长。

　　随着中国将目标定为可持续发展，这意味着保险将为增长保驾护航，发挥重要作用，尤其是考虑到诸如气候变化等诸多新风险等。

　　以下为对话实录：

　　Question：When did you start participating in CDF and why？What impressed you most during your journey in CDF？

　　问：你什么时候开始参加CDF的？为什么？你在CDF的旅程中印象最深刻的是什么？

　　Answer：I‘ve been traveling to China since many， many years， I think the first time in 2005， and I’ve been always highly impressed about the huge progress that China has made over this period of time．

　　答：从很多年前开始，我就开始到中国旅行，我第一次来中国，应该是在2005，这些年来，我对中国取得的巨大进步时常感到惊叹！

　　Swiss Re has been participating to the China Development Forum since 2012， so it was a particular honor for me in 2016，when I became CEO，to be invited again，and I‘ve found this platform extremely valuable，to hear the views of the Chinese leadership， which obviously evolve over time，and to stay in touch with what they want to achieve，and at the same time，to meet peers from all kinds of countries，other CEOs，and get their views about China．

　　瑞士再保险自2012年以来一直参加中国发展高层论坛，2016年我就任集团首席执行官一职后瑞士再保险再次受邀，我感到特别荣幸。我发现这个平台非常有价值，听取中国高层领导的观点，这些观点显然在与时俱进，从而可以了解中国设定的目标；同时，也让我有机会与来自各个国家的与会人员，其他CEO们会面，了解他们对中国的见解。

　　So it gives me really a 360 degree view about China，and it‘s a unique platform，and I’m very much looking forward to 2019．

　　Question：What are the changes toward CDF and the development of China within past 20 years？

　　问：在过去的20年里，CDF和中国的发展有哪些变化？

　　Answer：China has undergone a huge transformation in the last 20 years， with huge economic growth， leading it to be the second biggest economy in the world，and I think everybody has benefited from that，including my home country，Switzerland．

　　中国在过去20年经历了巨大转型，经济实现了长足增长，已经发展为世界第二大经济体，我认为每个人都已从中受益，包括我的祖国瑞士。

　　We have been active in China for a very long time． We have established representative offices in Beijing and Shanghai in 1995 and 1996， and by now， we‘re number one P&C reinsurer in China and the number three Life and Health reinsurer in China．

　　我们在中国市场深耕多年，一直保持活跃。早在1995和1996年，我们就在北京和上海设立了代表处。发展到目前，我们是中国财产和意外险市场的第一大外资再保险公司，人寿和健康险市场第三大外资再保险公司。

　　And if I look forward， I still believe there‘s going to be a lot of growth in China， which needs some support， and as a very old company of 155 years， and a lot of experience in research and development， and risk knowledge， and claims payments， we definitely hope to be a good partner for the CDF and for China．

　　展望未来，我确信中国还会取得更多增长，而这些增长需要很多支持。作为一家拥有155年历史的老公司，瑞士再保险在研发、风险知识、理赔等领域都积累了丰富的经验，我们特别希望继续成为CDF和中国的好伙伴。

　　Question：At this point， what kind of challenges your company or your industry face in China？ What are your suggestions for China‘s future development？

　　问：目前，贵公司或贵行业在中国面临哪些挑战？你对中国未来的发展有什么建议？

　　Answer：We expect China to continue to grow quite a lot， and China has put its goals around sustainable development， which in our view， means insurance will play a big role to protect that growth going forward in view of new risks like climate change．

　　答：我们预计中国将继续增长，中国已将目标定为可持续发展，我们认为，这意味着保险将为增长保驾护航，发挥重要作用，尤其是考虑到诸如气候变化等诸多新风险；

　　So， where we see us playing a role is in protecting whole counties and provinces from natural catastrophes， in line with the five-year plan that has been put forward a few years ago． We have been able to do that with four provinces， for example Heilongjiang， where we work with satellite data to see the situation on the ground and automatically generate payouts in case of natural catastrophes． We think this is a very efficient way for governments to protect themselves and their populations， and we look forward to continuing these collaborations with the Chinese government．

　　我们看到，我们正在发挥保护整个县和省免受自然灾害影响的作用，这符合几年前开始的十三五计划。我们已经与四个省份成功开展合作，例如黑龙江，在那里我们根据卫星数据查看地面情况，在自然灾害发生时自动生成赔付。我们认为这是政府保护自己和人民的一种行之有效的方式，我们期待继续与中国政府深入开展这些合作。
