“996”加班文化惊动外媒 外国网友也加入声讨大军

　　近日，一名中国程序员在代码托管平台Github上发起的“996.ICU”项目引发了一阵舆论海啸。 该项目意在炮轰互联网工作人员“上班996，住院ICU”的现象。 许多参与讨论的业界大佬也被卷入舆论风波，其中就包括了阿里巴巴集团创始人马云。而中国互联网大咖这波关于“996”的讨论也引起了不少外媒的关注。

　　4月11日，马云在阿里巴巴内部交流时表达了自己对“996”的看法：“今天中国BAT这些公司能够‘996’，我认为是我们这些人修来的福报。”这番言论一出，激起众多反对声音，同时把对“996工作制”的讨论推向了高潮。随后，马云又在周五和周日发表微博长文进一步阐释他对加班文化的看法，从而引发网友的热烈讨论和批评。

　　Jack Ma, founder of e-commerce giant Alibaba, has spoken out on social media in recent days in support of the Chinese work practice known as "996." The number refers to working from 9 am to 9 pm six days a week and is said to be common among the country's big technology companies and start-ups.

　　电子商务巨头阿里巴巴创始人马云近日在社交媒体上公开支持被称作“996”的中国加班文化。“996”这三个数字代表从早上9点开始工作到晚上9点，一周工作6天的加班现象。据说，这种加班现象在中国的大型科技公司和创业公司非常普遍。

　　"If we find things we like, 996 is not a problem," Ma said in a blog post Sunday on Chinese social media site Weibo. "If you don't like [your work], every minute is torture," he added.

　　“找到喜欢的事，不存在996这个问题，”马云周日在中国社交媒体新浪微博上说道。“如果不喜欢不热爱，上班每分钟都是折磨。”

　　Ma's comments prompted criticism from Chinese social media users.

　　不仅仅是马云，身处裁员传闻的京东创始人刘强东也表达了他个人对加班文化的赞成态度。

　　Mr Liu, who started the company that would become JD.com in 1998, recently wrote about his attitude to work, saying he used to set his alarm to wake him up every two hours to make sure he could offer his customers a full, 24-hour, service.

　　Long workdays in the high tech sector are not unique to China. Tesla co-founder Elon Musk has previously said he worked up to 120 hours per week when the electric vehicle maker struggled with production delays.
