快看漫画陈安妮：创业要坚持 想给世界带来快乐

　　Q：请自我介绍一下

　　Tell us about yourself．

　　A：我是陈安妮，原来是一名漫画作者，微博叫@伟大的安妮。2014年创办了快看漫画，现在已经成为中国最大的原创漫画平台，拥有超过1.7亿的用户，每个月有超过4000万的年轻人在这里看漫画

　　My name is Chen Anni and I was a comics writer． My Weibo account is @greatanny． I established Kuaikan Manhua in 2014． It has become the largest platform of original comics in China with more than 170 million users． More than 40 million young people read comics on the platform on a monthly basis．

　　Q：每天激励你早上起床的动力是什么？

　　What inspires you to get up in the morning？ What drives you？

　　A：早上起床，我的动力是希望能够用比较有节奏、有规律的、长期的方式来实现快看的企业愿景。因为我们想给世界带来快乐，打造未来的超级文化娱乐生态。

　　My motivation is to achieve our corporate vision in a regular and long-term way， because we want to bring happiness into the world and build a super cultural entertainment ecosystem in the future．

　　Q：是什么让你走上这条路？

　　What set you on this path？

　　A：主要是因为自己想创造些东西，有了这个想法，才走了这条路。我原来是名漫画作者，作品在微博上很受欢迎，我那时候意识到，漫画可能会在中国很有前途，会受到很多人的欢迎，所以我创办了快看漫画，力图打造更多的漫画家，推出更多的漫画作品。这个想法让我很兴奋，所以投身于此。

　　I chose this life because I wanted to create something． I was a comic book author before， and my works are very popular on Weibo． I realized that comics might be popular in China， so I established Kuaikan Manhua． I hoped to create more comics and train more cartoonists． I was excited by this idea， so I devoted myself to it．

　　Q：对于走这条路的年轻女性，你有什么建议？

　　What advice do you have for young women who want to take a similar path？

　　A：创业这条路上，你一定会遇到很多艰难困苦。有时候你甚至会被质疑说，年轻女性是不是没法做得像男性那么好？但我想唯一的办法是，坚持。

　　On the road to start a business， you will encounter many difficulties and hardships． Sometimes you will even be questioned： can young women do that as well as men？ I think the only way is to show them and stick it out．

　　Q：现在的状态，是你想要的“美好生活”吗？用几个关键词，形容你眼中的美好生活？

　　Are you living under the“better life”that you want？Could you pick several keywords to describe the “better life” in your mind？

　　A：现在状态还是比较满意的，要关键词来形容的话，就是尚未拥有，但相信即将拥有。

　　I‘m happy with where I am． The better life in my mind is that I don’t have it yet， but I believe I will．

　　Q：你有没有喜欢的名言？

　　Do you have a favorite quote or saying？

　　A：没有。

　　I do not．

　　Q：中国目前面临的最大的问题有哪些？怎样才能解决？

　　What are the biggest issues in China right now and how can they be addressed？

　　A：我主要关注动漫领域，目前中国动漫行业最大的问题是还缺乏国民级的IP作品，毕竟这个行业起步较晚。相信随着行业不断发展和成熟，人才不断涌入，会有这样的作品产生。

　　At present， the biggest problem in the Chinese animation industry is the lack of national-level IP． After all， this industry started late． I believe that as the industry continues to develop and mature， and talents continue to flow in， such works will surface．

　　Q：你怎么看25年后的中国？

　　Where do you see China in 25 years？

　　A：25年后的中国，经济一定比现在更加繁荣，艺术、科学等可能都会更加发达，中国动漫行业会迎来极大的发展，可能不仅是年轻人喜欢动漫，可能会各个年龄层都喜欢，届时也一定会有国民级的动漫IP，甚至是世界级，中国动漫作品在世界范围内受到欢迎。

　　In 25 years， China’s economy will be more prosperous， art and science may be more developed， and the animation industry in China will develop enormously． It is not only loved by young people， but it can be popular with all ages． There must also be a national-level animation IP， a world-class， Chinese animation that will be popular around the world．

　　Q：你希望看到哪些变化能够使中国进一步实现性别平等？

　　What change would you like to see that could bring greater equality in China？ 

　　A：我希望可以看到有更多被认为是只有男性才能做好的职业，女性也能做好，能占有更多的比例。

　　I hope that in the areas that where it was previously thought that only men could do well， women will also do well and have a larger presence．

　　在快看，我们致力于推动性别平等，从不以性别，而是以能力表现来确定工作业绩和晋升机会。2018年，快看漫画参与了由英国政府、木兰汇、英国商会合作发起的“做妳自己：妳的未来不是梦”活动，承诺企业中女性部门负责人在公司内部的任职比例不低于30%，切实维护性别平等和女性工作者的权利。我们也因此获得英国驻华大使吴百纳女爵士颁发的证书。

　　In Kuaikan Manhua， we are committed to promoting gender equality． Job performance and promotion opportunities are never determined by gender， but by performance． In 2018， Kuaikan Manhua participated in the Be Yourself： Pledge for Progress campaign led by the British Embassy in China in partnership with China’s Mulan Club and the British Chamber of Commerce in China． We committed that the proportion of female heads of departments in the company would not be below 30%， and that we would safeguard gender equality and the rights of women workers．

　　Q：如果让你用一个词来形容东亚太平洋地区的妇女，你会用什么词？

　　If you could use one word to describe women in East Asia Pacific what would it be？

　　A：坚强。

　　Strong．
