05:08 AM EST, 02/28/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Ameren (AEE) subsidiary Ameren Missouri said late Monday it priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.45% first mortgage bonds due 2053 at 99.794% of the principal amount.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund capital expenditures and refinance its short-term debt. The offering is expected to close on March 13.
