1月21日，一年一度的达沃斯论坛，也就是世界经济论坛年会在瑞士的达沃斯小镇开幕。今年的论坛主题是“凝聚全球力量，实现可持续发展”。

世界经济论坛创始人克劳斯（600579）施瓦布表示，他希望达沃斯论坛能够鼓励政府、企业以及公民社会等利益攸关方之间加强互动。

国际社会对此越发重视，重要原因之一，就是世界在生态、经济、技术、社会、产业、地缘政治等领域都存在严峻挑战，只有团结一致、凝聚共识，世界经济的前景才能走向光明。

普华永道在达沃斯论坛上发布的一个调研显示了这种普遍性的和担忧，这个对全球83个国家近1600名CEO进行的调研显示，CEO们对全球经济表现出创纪录的悲观水平，其中53%预测2020年经济增长率会下降。这一比例比2019年的29%，2018年的5%大幅提高。

据CNBC报道，埃隆.马斯克预计他的太空公司将在几个月后首次发射美国宇航局宇航员。

Elon Musk expects his space company’s inaugural launch of NASA astronauts is only a few months away,by CNBC reports.

SpaceX首席执行官日前表示，公司的首次载人任务可能会在今年第二季度，即4月到6月之间进行。

The SpaceX CEO said on recently that the company’s first crewed mission will probably be in the second quarter of this year,between the months of April and June.

这次被称为“Demo-2”的任务将使两名NASA宇航员在国际空间站停留至少几天。

Known as Demo-2,this mission would see two NASA astronauts visit the International Space Station for at least a few days.

马斯克称，这次任务所需的火箭和宇宙飞船已在佛罗里达州组装完成。

Musk noted that the rocket and spacecraft needed for the mission are already coming together in Florida.

优步以9.99%股份出售其印度食品业务

Uber Sells Its India Food Business For9.99%Stake

据美国有线电视新闻网报道，优步日前同意将其在印度的外卖业务出售给当地竞争对手佐马托。

Uber on recently agreed to sell its food delivery business in India to local rival Zomato,by CNN reports.

这只是优步最新退出计划，该公司兑现了剥离业绩不佳、在竞争中苦苦挣扎的企业的承诺。近年，优步已剥离在俄罗斯、中国和东南亚的业务。

It is just the latest exit for Uber,which has offloaded operations in Russia,ChinaandSoutheast Asia in recent years,as it makes good on a pledge to shed underperforming ventures that have struggled against the competition.

优步首席执行官Dara Khosrowshahi表示：“印度仍然是优步非常重要的市场，我们将继续投资发展我们的本地打车业务。”"India remains an exceptionally important market to Uber and we will continue to invest in growing our local Rides business,"Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said.

佐马托的全股票交易让优步获得了这家印度初创公司9.99%的股份。

The all stock deal with Zomato gives Uber a9.99%stake in the Indian startup.

据创投研究机构CB Insights称，佐马托的最后估值为22亿美元，阿里巴巴的子公司蚂蚁金服是其主要投资者之一。

Zomato—which countsAlibaba affiliate Ant Financial as one of its major investors—was last valued at$2.2billion,according to CB Insights.
