从充满波折的IPO之路，到前首席执行官诺伊曼离职，一段时间以来，WeWork都是舆论的焦点。近日，WeWork宣布了一项“90天制胜计划”，详细介绍对其业务的全面改革，包括剥离所有非核心业务和裁员举措。

WeWork预计，其风险投资部门、行政管理部门和与增长相关的职能部门将出现裁员，但负责监督WeWork实体办公地点的社区团队不会因此受到影响。WeWork计划将重点放在核心的共享办公业务上，努力扭转处境艰难的办公室共享业务。具体来说，WeWork计划将重点转向大型企业客户，而不是过去向初创企业等中小公司提供租赁服务。

说到WeWork，就不能不提软银集团及其CEO孙正义。WeWork无疑令软银集团和孙正义极为难堪。九年间，软银已经向WeWork投资超过100亿美元，还不包括全面接管WeWork后再投入90多亿美元。而现在WeWork的估值已经从年初的470亿美元跌至80亿美元。

在软银集团刚刚发布了14年来首个季度亏损之后，孙正义表示，正在深刻反思他的投资判断力，他表示高估了WeWork创始人诺伊曼优秀的一面，而对于他在企业监管等方面的欠佳表现视而不见。即便如此，孙正义还是认为，WeWork仍是一项有潜力的业务，其利润终将反弹。

Annual UBS And PwC Billionaires Report Published

瑞银集团和普华永道联合发布的年度亿万富豪报告调查结果之一显示，截至2018年底，过去15年亿万富豪掌控的公司回报率几乎是市场平均表现的两倍。

Billionaire-controlled companies have returned almost twice the average market performance over the past15years to the end of2018,This is one of the findings of the annual UBS and PwC Billionaires Insights report.

报告还显示，在截至2018年底的五年中，亿万富豪的财富增长超过三分之一(34.5%)，达到8.5万亿美元，较五年前增长2.2万亿美元。

The report also reveals that,over the five years to the end of2018,billionaire wealth grew by more than a third(34.5%),reaching a total of USD8.5trillion,USD2.2trillion higher than five years earlier.

同期，有589人首次跻身亿万富豪之列，使得亿万富豪总人数增加38.9%至2,101人。

In the same period,589individuals became billionaires increasing the population by38.9%to2,101.

以亚洲为例，该地区亿万富豪的财富在5年内翻了三倍。过去5年，中国企业家已成为全球第二大亿万富豪群体，超越了俄罗斯。中国亿万富豪净资产规模增加了两倍，于2018年达到9,824亿美元。

Looking at Asia,wealth of the billionaires in the region has almost quadrupled in over five years.China’s entrepreneurs have become the world’s second largest billionaire group over the past five years,overtaking Russia's.Their net worth has tripled,reaching USD982.4billion in2018.
