03:35 AM EST, 03/02/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Simon Property Group (SPG) said Wednesday it has agreed to sell $650 million of its 5.500% notes due 2033 and $650 million of its 5.850% senior notes due 2053.
The offering is expected to close on March 8.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund the planned optional redemption of the company's 2.750% notes due June 2023 and floating rate notes due January 2024, as well as for general corporate purposes, including to repay debt.
