(中国)18日表示，霍尼韦尔积极推进在华复工复产，在确保安全的情况下，平稳恢复产能。中国市场始终是其重中之重。

霍尼韦尔中国总裁张宇峰表示，智能制造正在推动中国工业企业平稳复工，这也是霍尼韦尔在华21家工厂较早全面复工的重要原因，其数字化技术对安全恢复生产起到极大促进作用。

据介绍，浙江石化将在其炼化一体化二期项目中安装四套霍尼韦尔变压吸附装置，以供应高纯度氢气。该项目是中国国家经济最新发展规划中的数个大型石化产业基地之一。

此外，霍尼韦尔传感物联南京工厂目前也已经全面复工复产，开足马力保障传感器的供给需求。自2007年成立以来该工厂已发展为集自主研发、生产和工艺改进为一体的传感与物联网解决方案中心，每年生产3亿个传感器。

张宇峰强调，从石化项目的智能控制、互联飞机、智能防疫到传感物联等，霍尼韦尔正在通过一系列智能技术响应着中国市场的需求。

亚行提供65亿美元资金抗击疫情

ADB Announces $6.5 Billion Initial Response To COVID-19 Pandemic

亚洲开发银行(亚行)3月18日宣布提供65亿美元一揽子初步应对资金，设法满足其发展中成员体应对新冠肺炎病毒大流行的迫切需求。

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) announced on March 18 a $6.5 billion initial package to address the immediate needs of its developing member countries (DMCs) as they respond to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic。

此次一揽子初步应对资金包括：涉及主权业务的近36亿美元，用于应对大流行对医疗卫生和经济造成的影响；

The initial package includes approximately $3.6 billion in sovereign operations for a range of responses to the health and economic consequences of the pandemic，

涉及非主权业务的约16亿美元，用于支持中小微企业、国内及区域贸易和受疫情直接影响的企业。

and $1.6 billion in nonsovereign operations for micro， small， and medium-sized enterprises， domestic and regional trade， and firms directly impacted。

通过对正在开展的项目重新分配资源、评估潜在应急需求，亚行还将调动10亿美元优惠资金源。同时，亚行将提供4,000万美元的技术援助和快速支付赠款。

ADB will also mobilize about $1 billion in concessional resources through reallocations from ongoing projects and assessing possible needs for contingencies。 ADB will make available $40 million in technical assistance and quick-disbursing grants。

亚行行长浅川雅嗣表示：这次疫情是全球性危机，要求各国、各地区以及全球各个层面采取有力行动。

“This pandemic has become a major global crisis。 It requires forceful action at national， regional， and global levels，” said ADB President Masatsugu Asakawa。

“亚行准备好在未来条件允许的情况下，在此次65亿美元一揽子援助基础上，随时提供进一步金融援助和政策建议。”

“ADB stands ready to provide further financial assistance and policy advice down the road whenever the situation warrants， on top of the $6.5 billion package。”

法航荷航集团采取非常措施应对疫情危机

Air France-KLM Taking Exceptional Measures To Counter COVID-19 Crisis

新冠肺炎疫情危机持续蔓延，一些国家针对来自法国、荷兰乃至欧洲的旅客流入采取限制。

The COVID-19 crisis has continued to spread in recent days， some countries have imposed constraints on the movement of travellers from France， the Netherlands or more broadly from Europe。

由于运力减少，法航将全部停飞空客A380机队，荷航将全部停飞波音B747机队。

As a result of this reduction in capacity， Air France will ground its entire Airbus 380 fleet and KLM its entire Boeing 747 fleet。

法航荷航集团已采取一系列强有力的措施来保障现金流安全，以应对当前形势。

To deal with this situation， the Group has already taken a number of strong measures to secure its cash flow。

尽管采取了各项措施，疫情所造成的市场环境恶化，以及业务量的急剧减少使集团做出以下预测：相比年度报告中公布的业务预期，今年的财务表现将显著下滑。

In spite of the measures taken， the deterioration of the environment linked to the epidemic and the sharp reduction in its activity that has resulted today lead the group to forecast a sharply deteriorated financial trajectory compared to the outlook presented at the publication of its annual results。

据此，集团预计在实施成本节约措施前，可变成本的降低将抵消约50%由运力减少所导致的客运营收损失。

Indeed， the Group estimates that the drop in revenues from the passenger business resulting from the reduction in capacity will only be offset by around 50% by the drop in variable costs before cost savings measures。

按照当前计划，运力削减将持续二个月，法航荷航集团将继续每日监控事态进展，并在必要时进行调整。

This reduction in capacity is currently scheduled to last two months， and the Group will continue to monitor the evolution of the situation on a daily basis and adjust it if necessary。

脸书向4.5万名员工每人发放1000美元

Facebook Is Giving $1,000 To All Of Its 45,000 Employees

据外媒报道，脸书公司给每位员工发放1000美元奖金，以帮助他们应对新冠病毒肺炎疫情。

Facebook is giving each of its employees a $1,000 bonus to help support them during the coronavirus outbreak。

该公司表示，这笔奖金是为了帮助那些需要支付额外费用的远程工作的员工，比如设立家庭办公室或支付育儿费用。

The bonus is meant to help employees who are working remotely with additional expenses， such as setting up home offices or spending on childcare， the company said。

脸书在全球约有4.5万名员工。据知情人士透露，这1000美元的奖金将只发放给全职员工，而非合同工。

Facebook has around 45,000 employees worldwide。 The $1,000 bonus will only be available to full-time employees and not contractors， according to a source familiar with the matter。

脸书首席运营官桑德伯格说，除了向员工发放奖金外，公司还将再支出1亿美元，支持30个国家受冠状病毒影响的小企业。

Aside from the bonus to its employees， Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg said the company will spend an additional $100 million to support small businesses across 30 countries who have been impacted by the coronavirus。

The Worlds Biggest Carmaker Is Shutting Down In Europe

据外媒报道，因欧洲范围内新冠病毒肺炎疫情大肆蔓延冠状病毒，大众汽车准备暂停在欧洲各地的生产。

Volkswagen is preparing to suspend production across Europe as the continent struggles to contain the coronavirus pandemic。

这家德国汽车制造巨头日前表示，它在西班牙、葡萄牙塞图巴尔和斯洛伐克布拉迪斯拉发的工厂将在本周末之前停止生产。

The German carmaking giant said recently that production at its plants in Spain， Setubal in Portugal and Bratislava in Slovakia will be halted before the end of the week。

That includes the companys huge plant at Wolfsburg， one of the biggest manufacturing sites in the world。
