6月30日，由中国自主设计建造的全球单罐容量最大液化天然气储罐群——中国海油盐城“绿能港”项目6座27万立方米液化天然气储罐在盐城全部建设完工，标志着中国规模最大的液化天然气储备基地全面建成，对提高长江经济带能源安全保障能力、助力绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。

China completed the construction of six large liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks with the world's largest single-tank capacity of 270, 000 cubic meters on June 30.

This achievement marks the establishment of the country’s largest LNG reserve base, which will play a significant role in enhancing the energy security of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and supporting green, high-quality development.

中国海油盐城“绿能港”项目位于盐城市滨海港工业园区，项目包含4座22万立方米和6座27万立方米液化天然气储罐，总罐容达250万立方米，全部投产后液化天然气年处理能力达600万吨，相当于气态天然气85亿立方米，可供全省民生用气28个月。

Located in the Binhai Port Industrial Park in Jiangsu's Yancheng City, the LNG storage tanks are part of the “Green Energy Hub” of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), designed and built using domestic technologies.

The Green Energy Hub includes an additional four LNG storage tanks, each with a capacity of 220,000 cubic meters, bringing the total capacity to 2.5 million cubic meters. Once fully operational, the facility will boast an annual processing capacity of 6 million tonnes, equivalent to 8.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas, sufficient to meet the province's residential needs for 28 months.

该项目是国家天然气产供储销体系建设及互联互通重点规划项目，将和西气东输、中俄东线等国家主干管网等实现互联互通，并通过槽车提供外送业务，持续向苏、豫、皖、鲁等省份供应天然气资源。

This hub will connect with national infrastructure projects such as the West-to-East and the China-Russia East-route gas pipelines. It will supply natural gas to the provinces of Jiangsu, Henan, Anhui, and Shandong via tanker trucks.

储罐是液化天然气接收站核心装备，存储的介质为-162℃的液化天然气，需经受火灾、爆炸、地震等极端工况考验，设计建造工艺十分复杂。此次完工的6座储罐为全球首次建设，高约65米、直径100.6米，罐容相当于614个标准游泳池大小。

The facility’s tanks, which store LNG at -162°C, are designed to withstand extreme conditions such as fire, explosion, and earthquakes, requiring highly demanding construction processes. As a global first, these six tanks stand approximately 65 meters tall with a diameter of 100.6 meters, equivalent to the size of 614 standard swimming pools.

由于项目地处古黄河入海口，地下全是松软淤泥质黏土，单罐满负荷重量超22万吨，场地承载总重达130多万吨，相当于“豆腐块上放秤砣”。为了让储罐立得住、站得稳，中国海油创新开发桩顶柔性约束下的群桩承载力计算方法，每一座储罐最下方由406根直径1.5米、长75米的桩基牢牢撑起，充分发挥了承台对各桩基的聚拢作用。研发团队还在桩基与储罐承台间设置隔震橡胶垫，有效避免震动能量向上部储罐结构传输。

中国海油气电集团副总经理李峰介绍，10座储罐全部采用中国海油自主技术设计建造，项目国产化率达98.3%，其中12项技术成果达到世界领先水平。10座储罐的顺利建成，使中国成为世界上少数几个能够开展超大型液化天然气储罐设计及建造的国家之一。

Li Feng, deputy general manager of CNOOC Gas and Power Group, said that all ten tanks were designed and built using CNOOC’s proprietary technology, with domestic solutions accounting for 98.3% of the components. Notably, 12 technological achievements have reached world-leading levels. The project enables China to become one of the few countries in the world capable of designing and building super-large LNG storage tanks.
