1. 健康的饮食习惯:规律饮食,忌过饱饮食,调整饮食结构,增加富含膳食纤维的蔬菜水果的摄入,减少高糖高脂肪食物摄入,减少含糖饮料、无糖饮料和果汁的摄入。
2. 良好的生活方式:规律作息,戒烟戒酒,喝咖啡也要适量,不宜过多,劳逸结合,适当运动,避免久坐,保持正常体重。
3. 警惕具有肝毒性的药物及补充剂:很多感冒药含有的对乙酰氨基酚可能会对肝脏造成损害,应严格按照说明服用;某些保健品和膳食补充剂也有可能引起肝脏损伤,服用这类药物前最好咨询专业医生,没有适应症尽量不要使用。
