据中国铁路微信公众号11日消息,京沪、京广、成渝高铁等部分复兴号动车组列车上设置了静音车厢(quiet carriage)。
如何购买静音车厢车票?据中国铁路公众号介绍,在铁路12306App上,设置静音车厢的车次,会有“静”字作为提示。
如需购买带有“静”字的二等座车票旅客,可以勾选下方选项,“请优先为我分配静音车厢席位”。
Have you ever experienced a quiet carriage while traveling by high-speed railway in China? According to China State Railway Group, some high-speed rail lines, including the Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Guangzhou, and Chengdu-Chongqing routes, have introduced quiet carriage services.
Passengers are able to choose quiet carriages when purchasing train tickets on 12306.cn-the official train ticket booking system website. On the 12306 App, trains with quiet carriages will have a "quiet(静)" character as a prompt. If you want to buy a second-class ticket with quiet carriages, you can select the option "Please prioritize allocating a quiet carriage seat for me."

Passengers in the quiet carriage are expected to cooperate by adhering to the following agreements: maintain silence, wear headphones or turn off external sound functions when using electronic devices, set phones to silent or vibrate mode, step out of the quiet carriage when making or receiving calls or conversing, and ensure children are well-behaved to avoid disturbing others.
此外,静音车厢内的语音播报音量是正常音量的30%至40%。乘务员会掌握每名旅客的到站信息,为每位旅客提供“一对一”到站提醒服务,乘务员会在静音车厢内,随时提醒旅客保持安静。
The doors and walls of the quiet carriage prominently feature clear signs, gently reminding everyone to maintain silence upon entry.
To further create a quiet atmosphere, the voice announcements in the quiet carriage are lowered to 30% to 40% of the standard volume. Furthermore, the conductor is equipped with the arrival information of each passenger, enabling them to offer personalized one-on-one arrival reminders. The conductor also provides gentle reminders to the passengers, reminding them to maintain a quiet environment within the quiet carriage.
餐服员进入静音车厢,会停止对商品的介绍,如果旅客需要餐饮服务,可“扫一扫”座椅扶手上的二维码,按照页面显示进行下单,工作人员会及时送货到座。
列车上还为旅客准备了眼罩、耳机、止鼾器等“静音”商品。
When the meal service staff enters the quiet carriage, they will stop introducing products. Should passengers require catering services, they can conveniently scan the QR code on the armrest of their seat, follow the displayed instructions to place an order, and the staff will promptly deliver the items to their seat.
The train also provides passengers with items such as eye masks, earphones, and snore stoppers.
