CEO凯文·约翰逊日前向股东传达了这样一个信息：如果公司在中国控制新冠病毒传播的策略行之有效，那么在美国也将有效。

因新冠肺炎疫情影响而改为线上举办的星巴克年度股东大会上，约翰逊说：“我们在中国的团队为门店制定了更高标准的清洁流程。他们创造了一个我们现在在全球市场使用的应对疫情模式，这个模式是有效的。”

星巴克称，目前在中国大陆90%的门店已经恢复营业，尽管很多店面缩短了营业时间，预计到3月底95%的中国门店将恢复营业。

星巴克不光是在防控疫情方面采取了行之有效的方式，在公司未来发展布局上最近也来了个大手笔。就在上周，星巴克在美国以外最大一笔，也是其在亚太市场的首次生产性战略投资——星巴克中国“咖啡创新产业园”项目落地昆山。星巴克全球执行副总裁、星巴克中国董事长兼首席执行官王静瑛说，“星巴克对中国的信心从未动摇，在中国市场长期发展的决心甚至比以往任何时候都更加坚定。”
