曼恩斯特与追光科技签署战略合作协议

2024年9月27日，深圳市曼恩斯特科技股份有限公司与广州追光科技有限公司（以下简称“追光科技”）在曼恩斯特总部举行了战略合作签约仪式。在曼恩斯特总经理彭建林先生、追光科技首席执行官杨曦先生及相关人员的的共同见证下，双方签署了战略合作协议。

根据协议约定，双方秉持“平等互惠、共谋发展”的原则，在技术研发、市场拓展、产品服务等多个方面展开深度合作，以实现资源共享、优势互补。同时，曼恩斯特与追光科技将共同建立及挂牌“有机光伏湿法成膜工艺联合实验室”，形成全方位的战略合作伙伴关系。

广州追光科技有限公司专注于有机半导体材料和器件的研发与产业化，正在布局大面积柔性光伏组件技术及相关的卷对卷设备制造技术，而曼恩斯特作为一家钙钛矿狭缝涂布领导品牌及上市企业，将充分发挥自身优势，携手追光科技为行业提供更加稳定可靠的产品及解决方案，共同开启有机光伏产业高质量发展的新篇章。

On September 27, 2024, MANST and CHASINGLIGHT held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the MANST headquarters. In the presence of MANST's General Manager, CHASINGLIGHT's Chief Executive Officer, and other relevant personnel, both parties officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
