隆重介绍我们邀请的13位国内外人工智能法治研究领域的优秀青年学者，围绕元宇宙世界的概念厘定特别是规则建构展开建设性探讨，分享具有原创性、学术性和思想性的前沿学术成果，推动人工智能技术应用和法治发展，共建未来法治，共享智能福祉。

嘉宾介绍

张钦昱Zhang Qinyu

中国政法大学经济法研究所所长、教授

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, Director of the Economic Law Research Institute

张钦昱，教授，博士生导师，法学博士，美国纽约大学（NYU）法学院LL.M.。中国政法大学经济法研究所所长，数据法治学科创新引智基地（111计划）成员，法律专家咨询委员会委员。

兼任北京市经济法研究会常务理事，中国商业法研究会理事，北京市食品药品安全法治研究会理事，中国中小企业法治人才库入库专家，“科技部外国专家项目”评审专家库入库专家，中证资本市场法律服务中心公益调解员，广东产业创新智库入库专家。

出版《回顾与展望：市场经济立法的范式转向》等3本独著，发表1篇SSCI期刊论文、10篇CSSCI期刊论文。主持2项国家社科基金项目、3项省部级课题、1项国家高端智库重点研究课题，撰写的研究报告被全国人大财政经济委员会、中国人民银行、国家发改委、国家市场监管总局等部门采纳。

Zhang Qinyu, Ph.D in Law, LL.M. of New York University (NYU) School of Law, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of China University of Political Science and Law, Director of the Economic Law Research Institute, member of the Digital Rule of Law Innovation and Intelligence Base (111 Program), and member of the Legal Expert Advisory Committee.

He is also the Executive Director of the Beijing Economic Law Research Association, Director of the China Business Law Research Association, Director of the Beijing Food and Drug Safety Legal Research Association, expert of The Legal Talent Pool for China's Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, review expert of the "Ministry of Science and Technology Foreign Expert Project, mediator of China Securities Capital Market Legal Service Center, and expert of Guangdong Industrial Innovation Think Tank.

He has published 3 monographs including "Review and Prospect: Paradigm Shift of Market Economy Legislation, 1 SSCI paper and 10 CSSCI papers, presided over 2 National Social Science Fund projects, 3 provincial projects, and 1 national high-end think tank key research project. His research reports were adopted by the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress, the People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other departments.
