世界贸易网点联盟主席Bruno Masier出席2023中国楼宇经济北京论坛

　　9月6日，世界贸易网点联盟、集群智库、中国产业发展促进会楼宇经济和产业园区分会共同主办的中国国际服务贸易交易会‧2023中国楼宇经济北京论坛在北京开幕，来自全国主要城市中心城区的代表和行业知名企业的200多位嘉宾出席论坛。本次论坛致力推动商务楼宇和产业园区由“房”向“产”，回归“产业基础设施”本质，呼吁相关部委和社会各界对商务楼宇和产业园区给予关注和政策引导；聚焦新周期楼宇经济面临的新挑战、新课题，共商共创楼宇经济支撑现代化产业体系建设的创新模式。

　　Good Morning！ 

　　I am very glad to participate in China Building Economy Beijing Forum． On behalf of the World Trade Point Federation （WTPF）， I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the guests and participants in the forum， and heartfelt congratulations on the convening of the forum！

　　Building space is an important carrier of economic development， and the development of building economy is one of the important means to promote the implementation of projects with  high-grade， high-precision and advanced technology． As a highly intensive new economic development model in modern society， building economy has become an important measure of the development level of a city． As an international metropolis， Beijing has a strong attraction to domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions in terms of finance， culture， tourism， etc． The building economy， as an industrial form with highly cohesive services and functions， has extraordinary Development potential． Under the influence of the gradually recovering of the global economy， the development of the building economy has ushered in new chances． How to deal with the small scale and unreasonable industrial structure of building economy may be a problem that needs to be discussed and studied together next． 

　　With the theme of “strengthening industrial infrastructure and empowering urban industrial upgrading”， this forum has invited experts and scholars in the field of building economic development， as well as The leaders of key development cities in China share achievements， exchange experiences， and carry out in-depth dialogues and practical cooperation， which are of great significance to the regulation and development of the building economy．

　　The WTPF is an international non-profit trade promotion organization initiated by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development， which aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises in developing countries participate in international trade． Over the years， WTPF has been actively organizing various international economic and trade promotion activities to build a platform for exchanges and cooperation between governments and enterprises of various countries． As an international organization， the WTPF will actively make use of its trade networks around the world to build an innovative cooperation platform， promote exchanges and cooperation between cities， enterprises and international research institutions all over the world， and jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of building economy．

　　We are willing to join hands with you to make suggestions for promoting the development of the building economy industry， to contribute to the promotion of the United Nations‘ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals， and to promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind！
