“贝碧嘉”来了，节日出行注意安全|台风_新浪财经

中央气象台今天10时继续发布台风橙色预警，预计“贝碧嘉”将于明天（16日）凌晨至上午在浙江宁波到江苏启东一带沿海登陆，台风将给沿海多地带来大风和降雨天气。

China's Ministry of Water Resources issued a Level-IV emergency response to flooding on Saturday for Shanghai and the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui.

Strong rainfall from the approaching Typhoon Bebinca is expected to impact China's southeastern regions. The ministry forecasts that water levels in some medium and minor rivers in these areas may exceed warning thresholds.

The ministry emphasized the need to prevent flooding in small and medium-sized rivers as well as mountain torrents to ensure the safety of lives and property.

China has a four-tier emergency response system for flood control, with Level I being the most severe.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Management, Typhoon Bebinca is expected to make landfall along the coast from Taizhou City in Zhejiang to Qidong City in Jiangsu between Sunday night and Monday morning, bringing heavy rain.

中秋假期，旅游流、探亲流、学生流交织叠加。中央气象台首席预报员方翀在接受中国气象报社记者采访时提示，“贝碧嘉”影响期间恰逢中秋假期，建议浙江、上海、江苏、安徽等地公众密切关注最新预报预警信息，谨慎选择出行交通工具，提前做好出行线路规划，避免前往山区、海岛、沿海等危险地区，加强防范可能引发的城市内涝、山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水等灾害；东海等海域大风破坏力较大，建议相关海域航行船舶及时回港或避开影响区域，海上作业人员提前撤离。
