近日，彭博社报道称，普华永道将不再在斐济设立办事处，现有的斐济办事处将于12月加入Grant Thornton！

在为多个行业提供审计、鉴证和税务服务60年之后，普华永道将退出斐济。

在本周发布的一份声明中，普华永道斐济透露，他们将与普华永道和平“分手”，并将从下个月开始加入Grant Thornton网络。

“我和我的同事很高兴加入Grant Thornton。Grant Thornton遍布全球140多个市场，拥有7万多名员工，年收入超过70亿美元，”普华永道斐济高级合伙人Jerome Kado表示。

他表示，普华永道网络将不再在斐济开展任何业务，但仍将在该地区保持强大的影响力，并为该地区其他办事处的广泛本地和国际客户提供服务。

Kado先生补充说，双方同意普华永道斐济将于2024年12月6日离开普华永道网络，并于12月7日正式加入Grant Thornton网络。

GLOBAL accounting “big four” firm PwC is pulling out of Fiji after 60 years of offering support across Audit & Assurance and Tax services to multiple industries.

In a statement issued this week, the Fiji firm revealed they were parting ways amicably and that it will now join the Grant Thornton network from next month.

“My colleagues and I are delighted to be joining the Grant Thornton network. The Grant Thornton network is located in over 140 markets globally, with over 70,000 people and generates revenues in excess of $US7 billion per annum,” PwC Fiji’s senior partner Jerome Kado said.

“We remain fully committed to providing high quality work to our clients and stakeholders.

“There will be no change to the services we offer and our work for clients will continue uninterrupted.

“We believe that joining the Grant Thornton network is the right strategy at this time for our clients and for our people whose hard work and dedication are the bedrock of our success both now and into the future.”

He said the PwC Network will no longer have any ongoing business in Fiji but will still maintain a strong presence in the region and serving a wide range of both local and international clients from other offices across the region.

It has been mutually agreed that PwC Fiji will leave the PwC Network on December 6, 2024 and officially join the Grant Thornton network on December 7, Mr Kado added.
