近日，标普全球企业可持续发展评估（S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment）公布新一轮环境、社会及公司治理（ESG）评分结果（截至2024年11月27日），重庆博腾制药科技股份有限公司（股票简称：博腾股份，股票代码：300363）评分由38分提升至44分。

在此次公布的评分中，公司环境、社会、治理与经济三个维度的评分分别提升3分、5分、9分，其中在透明度及报告、实质性分析、应对气候变化、员工雇佣、劳工权益、供应链管理等指标评分均获得较大进步。

Porton Gets Improved in the 2024 S&P Global ESG Score

Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter “Porton”) is glad to announce that it scored 44 (out of 100) in the 2024 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment reflecting an improvement of 6 points over the previous assessment, where scores in all the three dimensions getting improved. In this year’s assessment, Porton’s scores in Environmental, Social and Governance & Economic dimensions increase by 3, 5, and 9 points respectively. Notable progress was made in criteria such as Transparency and Reporting, Materiality, Climate Strategy, Labor Practices, Human Rights, and Supply Chain Management.
