北京 2013-07-16(中国商业电讯)－－2013年6月25日，由英国国际会计师公会（简称AIA)北京办事处与广州注册会计师协会联合举办的《公司治理（世界与中国）》公益讲座在广州顺利举行。

　　此次讲座特邀中央财经大学经济学院副教授、研究生导师徐华先生作为主讲嘉宾。徐教授以风趣幽默的语言深入简出的介绍了西方三大公司治理的模式以及西方公司治理与中国文化的非兼容性。最后，徐教授结合中国现状跟大家共同探讨了中国公司治理的现状及问题，并且针对学员实际中遇到的公司治理问题进行指导。课堂气氛非同凡响，受到广州注册会计师的高度认可。

　　广州注册会计师协会培训部主任李泳茹女士高度评价了与英国国际会计师协会（AIA）此次交流学习，并鼓励广州注册会计师会员学习国外先进会计理念，积极加入国际先进会计师团体，努力成为一名国际化的会计人员。

　　AIA北京办事处首席行政代表Wilson Shou上台发言，首先感谢广州注册会计师协会对此次讲座的大力支持，并且希望未来会有更多的合作机会。接下来，简短介绍了AIA国际会计师公会的历史以及CPA-AIA转换项目。最后，Wilson shou 代表AIA国际会计师公会欢迎中国注册会计师会员加入CPA-AIA转换项目，希望通过CPA-AIA转换认证的学习能够帮助中国注册会计师成员加快与国际接轨的步伐，提高中国注册会计师在国际的竞争力和地位。

　　On June 25 2013， AIA and Guangzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants jointly held the lecture of “Corporate Governance (World and China)”. Xu Hua， professor and tutor of Central University of Finance and Economics， presented as the keynote speaker. Centering on corporate governance theory and basic problems， Mr. Xu made a deep analysis regarding the three Western models of corporate governance and the non-compatibility between Western corporate governance and Chinese culture by combining cases. Finally， Mr. Xu discussed the status of corporate governance in China and the major problems with everyone. This lecture was highly recognized and praised by Guangzhou CPAs. After the lecture， many CPAs continued to ask Mr. Xu about the advanced concepts and corrective measures regarding corporate governance.

　　Li Yongru， chairman of Guangzhou Institute of Certified Public Accountants Training Department， showed a warm welcome to the learning exchange of AIA. Meanwhile， Ms. Li made a speech to encourage members of Guangzhou Institute of CPA to learn the culture and philosophy of foreign advanced accountant community; join them and become the member of the international accountant community. In addition， Wilson Shou， the Chief Administrative Officer of AIA Beijing Desk， also made a speech and welcomed the members of CICPA to take part in the learning and certification of CPA-AIA Conversion Certification. He hoped that the study of CPA-AIA Conversion Certification would help the CICPA members to catch up with the international standards and improve the international status and competitiveness of CICPA members.
