徐迪,美国麻省理工学院博士。曾在美国联邦住宅企业监督管理署任职,从事监管Fannie Mae 和Freddie Mac这两家住房金融证券化公司的工作,具体负责美国住房抵押贷款二级市场运作规范的制定、风险管理模型的开发和风险资本留成标准法规条例的撰写。也曾在世界银行担任咨询顾问。2002年6月,应中国建设银行邀请归国,任建设银行房地产金融业务部(现名为住房金融与个人信贷部)副总经理,负责证券化业务的策划、研究、管理,以及国务院批准的住房抵押贷款证券化试点项目的全方位技术准备和推进工作。 徐迪女士带领的业
此次论坛,徐迪女士将就“证券化:利用货币市场和资本市场之间的桥梁”的议题作出精彩的分析。 Dr. Di Xu is Deputy General Manager, Real Estate Finance Department, China Construction Bank (CCB). She takes charge of the Research and Development of the CCB’s mortgage securitization program. She has led the business design and technical implementation of a pilot project approved by the State Council for the issuance of mortgage-backed securities in China. Her team introduced the international standards and best practices to China and constructed a securitization transaction structure and the line of business based on China’s current legal framework. The first ever mortgage-backed securities in China were successfully launched in December 2005.
