美铝获300亿美元贷款以收购加铝

　　Alcoa Inc.， said on Tuesday that it signed for a $30 billion credit facility with its lenders that it would use to pay for Alcan shares.

　　The banks includes Citigroup Inc.as joint lead arrangers and joint book-running managers. The maturity date for the credit facility is January 10， 2009.

　　美国铝业周二表示，其已经与银行签订了300亿美元贷款额度协议，用于展开对同业加拿大铝业的收购。

　　涉及的银行包括花旗集团，其将作为贷款主安排方以及担任财务运作管理者。贷款额度将于2009年1月10日到期。
