英国石油BP公司拟借合资推动增长

　　BP， one of the three biggest western oil companies， is seeking more joint ventures with Russia and other resource-rich countries as a way to deliver growth.

　　The outlook for all international oil companies has been looking increasingly troubled， with rapidly rising costs， generally sluggish production growth， intensifying competition from national oil companies in emerging economies such as China， Brazil and India.

　　西方三大石油公司之一的英国石油公司(BP)表示，正寻求在俄罗斯和其他资源丰富的国家建立更多合资公司，以此作为推动公司业绩增长的一种方式。

　　从整体上看，由于成本快速上升、产量增长总体乏力，以及来自中国、巴西和印度等国有石油公司的竞争不断加剧，让全球石油公司正日益陷入麻烦。
