　　金东一(Dongil Kim)先生现年44岁，韩国延世大学工商管理学士学位，美国华盛顿大学圣路易斯分校MBA学位。金东一先生职业生涯开始于韩国最大的保险公司和机构投资公司——三星人寿保险公司，并担任该公司固定收益投资管理部主管，管理着40亿客户的资产，积累了丰富的投资经验。10年之后，金东一先生加入三星-摩根大通信托投资管理公司，独自管理40亿的固定收益资金(其中包括1亿1千万的海外投资平衡资金)。

　　在1999年末，金东一先生加入KTB资产管理和代理

资产管理公司，并任固定收益部CIO。

　　2001年，金东一先生加入富兰克林邓普顿公司，并成为固定收益部的领军人物，并于2002年成为该部门的CIO，期间成功建立了10亿韩元的抵押债务契约(CDO)。

　　目前，金东一先生管理着韩国20亿的固定收益资产。

　　Dong-il Kim, aged 44, graduated from Yonsei University in 1987 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and got MBA at Washington University in St. Louis in USA. He started his career as a fixed income investment manager at Samsung Life Insurance Company which was the largest insurance company and the largest institutional investor in Korea. In Samsung Life, he had built various experienced while managing $4 billions of the proprietary account as a leading manager. After 10 years’ experience in Samsung Life he joined with Samsung J.P. Morgan Investment Trust Management (later it became Samsung ITMC). He managed another $4 billions of fixed income funds under his own discretion including $110 millions of offshore balanced fund.

　　In late 1999, he left Samsung ITMC and worked for KTB Asset Management and Regent Asset Management as a fixed income CIO.

　　In 2001, Dong-il joined with Franklin Templeton as a head of fixed income and became a fixed income CIO in 2002. In FT he successfully established $1billions of Korean CDOs. Now he manages $2billion of fixed income assets in Korea.
