中国经济50人论坛学术委员会成员。

　　中央财经领导小组办公室副主任，1952年出生于北京。

　　2003年3月起任中央财经领导小组办公室副主任，分管宏观经济政策和经济发展方面工作，参与每年国家主席在中央经济工作会议上的报告起草和宏观经济政策工作，是十六届三中、五中、六中全会和十七大文件重要执笔人。

　　2001年至2003年，任国务院信息化工作办公室副主任，主管电子政务和国际合作工作。

　　此前曾长期在国家计委工作，参与历次五年计划的制定工作，主持制定若干国家产业政策，1998年负责国家信息中心工作。

　　经济学家论坛“中国经济50人论坛”的发起和主持人，也是北京大学、中国人民大学的兼职教授、博士生及博士后导师。

　　在美国哈佛大学和Setonhall工商管理学院学习，并在哈佛大学肯尼迪学院获得MPA学位。

　　Present position: Vice Minister, Office of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs of CPC

　　Other functions: Visiting Professor to Peking University and Renmin University, and tutor to PhD candidates and post-doctoral candidates. He is a well-known economist in China and one of the founders and moderators of the famous Chinese Economist 50 Forum。

　　Mr. Liu He was born in 1952 in Beijing, China。

　　Mr. Liu He gained his MPA degree from Harvard University in USA and Master degree of Economics from China Renmin University in Beijing, China。

　　Mr. Liu joined The Office of The Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs as Vice Minister from March, 2003, with responsibilities in macro-economic policies and economic development of China. One of his major jobs is to draft the Reports of Mr. Hu Jintao, President of China, to every year’s Meeting on Economic Issues and Economic Polices. He is one of the key writers of conference papers of the Third, the Fifth and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC National Congress and the 17th CPC National Congress。

　　Mr. Liu was Vice Minister of the State Council Informatization Office from 2001 to 2003, being responsible for e-government development in China and international cooperation initiatives. Mr. Liu was Chief Executive President of the State Information Center from 1998 to 2001. Before that, he worked in The National Development and Reform Commission (then the State Planning Commission). At that time, he involved in the making of all past Five-Year Plans of China and several industrial development policies of China。
