06:52 AM EST, 02/16/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Kingwell Group (HKG:1195) will sell its 51% equity stake in Commerce Prosper to an independent third-party buyer for 26.5 million yuan.
The company will use proceeds from the sale to boost its general working capital, according to a Thursday bourse disclosure.
Commerce Prosper will cease to be a subsidiary of the property developer following completion of the deal.
