07:58 PM EST, 02/08/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Future World Holdings (HKG:0572) acquired 300,000 Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings (HKG:0412) shares on the open market for HK$1.5 million, according to a Wednesday filing.
The shares, which represent roughly 0.01% of Shandong Hi-Speed's total issued shares, were purchased for an average price of HK$4.84 apiece.
The acquisition was made through one of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries.
