文莱经济发展理事会近日发布以下招标信息：

　　项目名称：Pilot Project to Design， Build and Maintain Modern Office Facilities in Brunei Darussalam (Tender Ref: TC 10 05 00).

　　项目内容：To develop modern energy effcient office facilities for up to 300 office workers on a 5 acre site in Bandar Seri Begawan.

　　其它信息：

　　Further details of the tender including a brief background and overview of the scope of works， instructions on how to register and who to contact can be found in the attached tender pre-qualification advertisement.

　　Preliminary Criteria:

　　Parties interested in being pre-qualified should minimally comply with the following criteria:

　　a)Applicant (or Lead member of a consortium) should have turnover of B$5 million per annum for the past 5 years.

　　b)Members of the consortium must demonstrate experiences in the design， construction and maintenance of office buildings or similar projects in the last 5 years.

　　Important Dates:

　　·The deadline for payment of the administration fee is no later than 3.00pm on Monday， 24th May 2010.

　　·Once payment is received， we will issue the pre-qualification documents via e-mail from Monday， 3rd May 2010.

　　·The deadline for submission of completed Pre-qualification Questionnaire is no later than 3.00pm， Monday 21st June 2010.
