伦敦证交所拒绝纳斯达克“最终”报价

　　The London Stock Exchange yesterday batted away a $5bn“final” offer to be acquired by US-based Nasdaq， saying the bid so substantially undervalued the company that its board was not even willing to meet for further discussions.

　　伦敦证交所昨日拒绝了美国纳斯达克提出的50亿美元“最终”收购报价，并表示，这一报价极大地低估了伦敦证交所的价值，其董事会甚至不愿再与纳斯达克开会进一步商讨。
