The bidders are free to bid for oneor morelots above. Each lot will be evaluated and contract awardedsetelyto the firm(s) offering the lowest evaluated price for eachlot.The documentary evidence of the Bidder抯 qualifications toperformthe contract if its bid is accepted shall establish tothepurchaser抯 satisfaction that the Bidder meets thequalificationcriteria listed below:· Minimum level of experience insupplying asimilar type of goods for which the Invitation for Bidsis issuedis two years.· Minimum amount of annual turnover duringthe lastthree years is equivalent to not less than one hundredfiftypercent (150 %) of the bid price.· Minimum amount ofavailableliquid assets and/or credit facilities is equivalent tonot lessthan fifty percent (50%) of the bid price.· If an Agentsubmitsbids on behalf of more than one Manufacturer, unless eachsuch bidis accompanied by a sete Bid Form for each bid, and a bidsecurity,when required, for each bid, and authorization from therespectiveManufacturer, all such bids will be rejected asnon-responsive.·Foreign bidders shall submit the latest AuditReport, and localbidders shall submit the document confirming nodebts to the statebudget and balance report of the latest financialyear approved bycorresponding tax authorities.Bidding will beconducted through theinternational competitive bidding proceduresspecified in the WorldBank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRDLoans and IDA Credits,January 1995 (revised January and August1996, Septr 1997 andJanuary 1999), and is open to all bidders fromeligible sourcecountries as defined in the guidelines.
