菏泽乾坤有色铸业有限公司新建3500吨汽车用镁合金压铸项目可行性研究报告一、企业概况菏泽乾坤有色铸业有限公司是在原单县湖西有色合金厂的基础，于2002年5月27日在菏泽市注册成立起来的股份制企业。现占地9788㎡，建筑面积3728㎡，注册资金300万元；现有铸造车间，机加工车间，表面处理车间，在职员工78人。2003年产值728万元。主要产品是变压器用导电杆，高压开关用铝合金外壳等铜、铝铸件产品，部分铝铸件已开始出口美国。二、项目提出的理由镁合金是近年来开发研制的一种高性能轻型结构性材料，与其他有色金属
材料相比，具有以下优点：密度比重小，重量轻，与塑料相近，刚度强度高，具有很好防噪抗震性、防电磁屏蔽性，导热导电性，优良的防腐耐蚀性，环保无污染，可全部回收重复利用。它越来越被航天、汽车、电脑、手机、摄录器材、电子等行业所青睐。属材料行业的高新技术产品。汽车上300余种零配件将被镁合金所取代。国外正在加大用镁合金替代铝合金在汽车上的应用。我国镁资源十分丰富，原镁产量世界第一位，镁锭产量占世界48%强，主要以原料出口，只在航空航天上部分采用，汽车上利用几乎为零。现在国家正大力推行镁合金在汽车行业上的应用，不断加大在这方面的推广力度。该项目主要是利用镁合金溶炼、压铸及挤压成型工艺生产轿车用变速箱外壳、变整箱上盖、离合器外壳、发动机罩盖、转向盘、座椅支架、仪表盘框架、车门内板、转向支架、刹车支架、气门支架、缸盖和缸体、汽车轮毂等。三、市场前景当前正值我国汽车工业进入高速增长期，规模效益开始呈现。2004年我国汽车产量突破580万辆，超过法国成为世界第四大汽车产国，据《上海汽车报》和NADCA报道，世界汽车巨头：美国通用，日本丰田、三菱，韩国现代等大公司，在未来5年内将从中国下大订单采购零配件80亿美元；《2003-2010年山东汽车原材料工业发展意见》确定了八大产业基地，建成亚洲最大的汽车配件生产和采购基地，到2010年，我省汽车零配件的产值达到800亿元人民币，镁合金配件的优良特性和价格比，将是汽车厂商首选的新产品。四、投资概算1、在原厂的基础上新增土地35亩（租）；2、厂房及办公设施8000㎡×400元/㎡=320万元；3、其他设施、下水道、变压器、线路、路面80万元；4、德国产镁合金压铸生产线两条（带模具）2条×1500万元=3000万元；5、设备运费、安装费100万元；6、检测设备100万元；7、人员培训费30万元；8、不可预见费70万元；9、铺底流动资金2200万元；10、其他办公设施100万元。合计：6000万元自筹：6000×30%=1800万资金缺口4200万元五、经济效益分析1、产品销售收入：3500吨×4.45万元/T=15750万元2、生产成本：A：原料：镁合金锭：3500T×8%+3500T=3780T3780T×1.95万元=7371万元B、铺料：燃料、动力、芯砂1200万元C、模具工装、工具、涂料280万元D、工资：120人×1.2万/人均年薪=144万元E、生产管理费：15750万元×1%=157.5万元F、折旧：10年折完4000万元固定资产×0.1=400万元G、利息：贷款4000万元×年息12%=480万元H、行政管理费用：15750万×1.2%=189万元I、销售费用：15750万元×5%=787.5万元小计：11009万元3、税收：15750-7371-280-1200A、增值税—————————————×0.17=1002.42万元1.17B、城建税：1002.42万元×3%=30.07万元C、教育附加：1002.42万×5%=50.12万元小计：1082.61万元D、企业所得税：产品收入—生产成本—税收×33%（15750—11009—1082.61）×33%=984.69万元税收合计：1961.78万元4、利润空间：15750—11009—1941.77=2799.23万元5、投资回收期4年。六、项目实施进度1、项目建设本着早建设早收益的原则，抓紧项目的落实和实施，项目实施进度见表1—1。项目实施进度表表1—1序号

__________2、各项工作实施进度的建议本项目在可行性研究报告审批和立项批准后，建设单位应抓紧落实地质勘察报告，初步设计的编制和审批工作。进行设备考察订货的同时，进行施工图设计并着手进行老厂区的改造和新厂房的土建施工，力求在短时间内保质、保量地完成该项目的建设任务。七、环境保护本项目位于单城北环路中段，南面是105国道，北面是农田，东面是公路局路桥公司，西面是加油站，周围基本无污染。1、主要污染源及治理措施本项目是铸造机械加工，各工序关键设备是最先进的，基本上不产生有害物质。主要污染有熔炼镁合金时产生的废渣和生活废水。2、治理措施废渣用清渣剂集中从电炉溶化炉中取出统一收集，并买给镁合金供应商。不产生有害气体。废水，也就是生活废水及清洒地面废水，基本没有有害物质，经深沉后，统一集中排放。3、噪音国外进口的生产线所产生的噪音，均低于中华人民共和国《工业企业厂界噪声标准GB12346—90》II类标准。4、绿化设计本项目绿化率为42.8%，厂房周围、道路两侧栽花草树木和大片绿地，起到绿化、美化、防尘、降噪的效果。八、项目承担单位菏泽乾坤有色铸业有限公司电话：0086—530—4186592传真：0086—530—4669778联系人：郭言东ⅠSurveyof the EnterpriseHeze Qiankun Coloured Casting IndustryLimitedCompany is based on the original Shanxian Huxi ColouredAlloyFactory .
