，有很高的营养、保健价值，而且可作为食品等工业基料，用途较为广泛，市场潜力极大。同时对水果进行深加工，还可以解决产品在旺季生产过剩的问题，既可减轻果农因胡萝卜汁保存不当、销售不畅造成的损失，又可深加工增值。由此可见，在人们的保健、环境意识增强的今天，浓缩果汁产品向人产展示了诱人的市场前景。三、项目建设的有利条件1、地理位置优越。单县位于黄河中下游，地处苏、鲁、豫、皖交界处，分别与河南省的商丘市、安徽省的砀山县、江苏省丰县相邻。李田楼乡地处单县东10公里处，是单县东部的交通枢纽和经济中心。2、交通便利。李田楼乡境内公路通车里程达55公里，境内公路三横三纵，村村通公路，并东距徐州火车站80公里，西距京九铁路70公里，南距陇海铁路40公里，省级道路汽车二级专用线横贯我乡直通徐州，待建济商高速、菏徐高速在我乡交汇，高速出口处位于我乡境内，为产品的流通提供了广阔的市场空间。3、劳动力资源丰富。李田楼乡共辖31个行政村，148个自然村，人口近5万，直接从事农业生产的劳动力占89%，从而为项目提供了充足的劳动力资源。4、气候适宜。项目区属暖温带、半湿润大陆气候，光照充足，热量丰富，雨量适中，四季分明。年平均降水量650mm，年平均气温13.9℃。5、资源丰富，原料充足。该区胡萝卜面积已达20万亩，总产量达50万吨，为产品的深加工提供了充足的原料资源。经地质部门探明，我县境内以我乡为中心储藏有40平方公里的地下优质煤层，现已立项，将于近期开采，将为生产企业提供丰富的能源。6、供电充足。项目区200KV变电站和11KV变电站各一座，可完全满足项目用电需要。四、产品市场分析胡萝卜是一种集天然、营养、保健为一体的饮料，具有较高的营养保健作用，被世界医学界誉为“跨世纪的饮料”。近年来，对果蔬汁饮料的需求一直呈上升趋势，一般来说，经济越发达，人们的生活水平越高，对饮料的消费量就越大。据统计资料表明，世界发达国家年人均消费各种饮料100多公斤，其中美国的人均消费量为200公斤，我国人均消费则不足10公斤。目前中国果蔬、植物天然饮料占消费饮料的比例不足百分之七，而在发达国家约占百分之十。预计今后几年，中国在饮料需要方面潜力非常之大，果蔬饮料更需要大力发展。从国内、国际市场分析来看，产品市场十分广阔。五、项目建设规模及主要内容1、建设规模：本项目建设规模为年产1.6万吨浓缩胡萝卜汁。2、主要内容（1）土建工程：浓缩汁生产车间1800m2，饮料生产车间1800m2，恒温库1600m2，包装材料库600 m2，机修车间400 m2，锅炉房200 m2，变电室100m2，泵房100m2，清水池500m2，成品库600m2，综合楼1000m2。（2）设备购置：输送冲洗槽1台，输送喷洗机1台，螺旋净机1台，选别输送机1台，升高机及水槽1台，打碎机3台，粗细过滤机3台，酵素槽5台，过滤网6台，真空浓缩机2套，成品桶5台，瞬间杀菌机1套，半自动充填系统2套，高粘度泵浦2″口径16台，双层振动罐4台，板式杀菌冷却机2台，分离机4台，CIP系统2套，本体机械配管工程2套，电气控制系统2套，机械工具配件2批，锅炉2个，变压器6台，运输车辆4辆，化验设备1套，检测设备1套。六、生产工艺流程在不同季节内将胡萝卜汁分批购进厂后，先进行人工筛选，经过挑选后的胡萝卜送入浓缩汁生产线，水果沿洗胡萝卜机、检胡萝机、升运机、破碎机、榨汁机等，经清洗、挑检、破碎和榨汁等工序被加工成原汁，同时胡萝卜渣被榨汁机配套的螺旋输送机排出车间外；胡萝卜原汁再分别被泵送至澄清罐、硅藻土过滤机、超滤器、蒸发器和冷却器沉淀、过滤、超滤、蒸发和冷却等工序被加工成浓缩澄清胡萝卜汁，最后用螺杆泵装入塑料桶内送到冷藏以备销售。七、投资估算及资金筹措本项目建设计划总投资5765.6万元，其中土建工程投资700万元，设备购置投资600万元，铺底流动资金4465.6万元。项目总投资5765.6万元，企业自筹765.6万元，需外商投资5000万元。八、效益分析（一）经济效益分析1、年销售收入按国际现行出口价8000元/吨计算，年总产量1.6万吨；则年销售收入=8000×16000=12800（万元）2、年费用年费用=原料成本+包装费+电费+耗煤+工资+折旧+销售费用+税金=11519（万元）3、利润利润=收入—费用=1281（万元）4、投资回收期投资回收期=总投资/利润=5765.6/1281=4.5年本项目竣工投产后，可年新增销售收入12800万元，利润1281万元,投资回收期4.5年。九、项目实施计划本项目实施计划正式批复后，当年完成土建工程和设备购置，力争当年试车投入正常运行。十、环境保护该生产纯属农产品深加工项目，不使用有毒有害的化工原料，因是食品加工业，卫生要求条件高，整个生产过程清洁卫生，三废排放属无污染排放。本项目的废渣主要是4吨锅炉产生的灰渣和榨汁机排出的胡萝卜渣，灰渣采用回收综合利用的方法，运至厂外，填坑铺路、建房用，胡萝卜渣可返回农户用作饲料养猪喂羊。本项目产生的废气，主要是4吨锅炉排出的烟气，现已采用铸铁多管式旋风除尘器，进行消烟除尘，其除尘效率达93-95%，经处理后的废气符合国家排放标准的要求。本项目所产生的废水无毒无害，水质指标完全符合环保部门提出的排放标准。二○○五年二月一日Ⅰ、Thesurveyof project1、The title of the project : Concentrated carrotJuiceprocess project.2、Project unit : Litianlou TownshippeoplesGovernment, shan county, shandong province.3、Person incharge : guoyandong.Tel: 0086-530-4186592Fax:0086-530-4669778Ⅱ、Reasons for theprojectWith the development ofhuman society and the improvement ofpeoples living condition . The consumption per person ofAmerica is 200 kilos ,but the sum in our country is less than 10kilos . At present , theproportion of natural fruit , vegetable ,drink to consumptiondrink is less than 7% But in the developpedcountry , it is 10%. Thequality index ofthe waste water is up to the emission standard ofthe environmentprotection unit .
