The document will be sent byinternationalcourier. No liability will be accepted for loss orlatedelivery.Bids must be delivered to the address indicated inthetender document at or before 1630 hours (local time) onWednesday20 July 2005. All bids must be accompanied by a bidsecurity in theamount of 2 per cent of the bid price. Late bidsshall be rejected.Bids will be opened in the presence ofthetenderers?representatives who choose to attend at the address,dateand time indicated in the tender documents.All corporatetenderersmust include with their bid a copy of the Company’sCertificate ofIncorporation as evidence of the fact that thecompany is anexisting registered company as of the date of theirbid. Thecertificate must be in the name of the tenderer. Failure toprovidethis certificate shall render the bid void.
