004.2.The Governmentof the Republic of Sierra Leone has received a grantfrom theInternational Development and Capacity Building Project,and itintends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant topaymentsunder the contract for IFB No. IRCBP/ICB/05/002. Biddingwill begoverned by the World Bank’s eligibility rules andprocedures.3. TheMinistry of Finance now invites sealed bids formeligible biddersfor the Supply of computer & OfficeEquipment:LOT DETION QTY1.Desktop Computers 502. Printers 503. UPS504. Refrigerators 405.Bicycles 1006. Megaphones 407. PA System& Digital Senders2&4Bidders shall quote for any or alllots, but in any case forthe required quantities. Partial bid willbe rejected.4. Biding willbe conducted through the InternationalCompetitive Bidding (ICB)procedures specified in the World Bank’sGuidelines: Procurementunder IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and isopen to all bidders formeligible countries as defined in theGuidelines.5.
