据中国贸易救济信息网，9月23日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子烟产品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices，调查编码：337-TA-1410）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年8月28日作出的初裁（No.10）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告中国广东Kimsun Technology (HuiZhou) Co., Ltd. of China吉盛科技（惠州）有限公司的调查。

2024年7月17日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定电子烟产品（Certain Disposable Vaporizer Devices）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1410）。

2024年6月11日，美国RAI Strategic Holdings, Inc of Winston-Salem, NC、美国R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company of Winston-Salem, NC、美国R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company of Winston-Salem, NC、美国RAI Services Company of Winston-Salem, NC向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11925202），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令，并申请在调查期间采取临时救济措施。
