6月23,郴州资兴220千伏焦朝线,国网湖南超高压输电公司自主研制的双臂协同输电线路带电作业机器人精彩亮相,完成国内首次带电作业机器人自主上下线高空检修。
约0.6米高的机器人被运输至线路下方,借助无人机搭建的柔性轨道,就像乘坐“电梯”一样来到作业位置。机器人实现自主上下线,不需再用人工搬运上线,平稳又便捷。
在高空导线上行走,机器人遇到通行障碍,聪明地规划越障方式,利用“强壮”的手臂平稳跨越障碍。应对不同作业场景,机器人还能在高空自主更换功能手,配合运输舱传递工具、材料,在销钉补装、异物清除、防振锤更换等多项任务中游刃有余。

The approximately 0.6-meter-high robot was transported under the line. With the help of a flexible track built by the drone, it arrived at the working position as if it were an "elevator". The robot realizes autonomous loading and unloading, eliminating the need for manual handling on the line, which is smooth and convenient.
Walking on overhead wires, the robot encounters obstacles to passage and intelligently plans its way across the obstacles, utilizing its "strong" arms to cross them smoothly. To cope with different operating scenarios, the robot can also change the functional hand autonomously at high altitude. It cooperates with the transportation cabin to transfer tools and materials, and is comfortable in a number of tasks, such as pin replenishment, foreign object removal, and vibration-proof hammer replacement.
