上个中秋,我们与全球川菜名店梦幻联动,向全球网友推荐了特色四川火锅、东坡肘子、冰粉、辣子鸡,征服了全球食客们的味蕾!

Last Mid-Autumn Festival, we collaborated with renowned Sichuan restaurants from around the world to recommend distinctive Sichuan dishes such as Sichuan hot pot, Dongpo pork, ice jelly, and spicy chicken to global internet users, attracting diners worldwide!

今年,中秋国庆“双节”共庆,异国他乡,同一轮圆月将海外游子们与祖国紧密相连。家满月圆,天涯海角,无论走到哪里,四川人永远不改“川味”,把与家乡的羁绊刻进味蕾。水煮牛肉、麻婆豆腐、宫保鸡丁……一菜一格,麻辣鲜香,一道道川菜串联起海外川籍华侨华人的思乡情、爱国心。

This year, with the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day celebrations coinciding, Sichuan people at home and abroad never lose their "Sichuan flavor." They etch their ties with their hometown into their taste buds. Dishes like boiled beef, mapo tofu, and Kung Pao chicken, each with its unique flavor, spicy and aromatic, connect overseas Sichuan people through feelings of homesickness and patriotism.

双节来临之际,9月27日至10月6日期间,四川国际传播中心、川观新闻联合四川省归国华侨联合会,共同推出2023中秋国庆“双节”特别策划“天涯共此‘食’——#ShareDelicaciesShareDelights”,面向海外川籍华侨华人征集“最爱的四川味道”,讲述亲友团聚与记忆里家乡味道的故事。

As the "Double Festivals" approach, from September 27th to October 6th, the Sichuan International Communication Center and Chuanguan News, in collaboration with the Sichuan Provincial Returned Overseas Chinese Federation, jointly present the special project "#ShareDelicaciesShareDelights" for the 2023 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day celebrations. This project is aimed at collecting the "favorite Sichuan flavors" of overseas Sichuan people and sharing stories of family reunions and memories associated with hometown flavors.

第一期的天涯共此“食”,我们收到了泰国泰中文化人联合会副主席杨福州的来信,他推荐的川菜是“什邡板鸭”。

In the first episode, we received a letter from Yang Fuzhou, vice-president of Thailand-China Culture Association, recommending Shifang pressed salty duck, his favorite Sichuan dish.

海报里是杨福州在泰国与亲友团聚时的照片,描述起最爱的家乡菜,杨福州说:“我的家乡,大美什邡,侨居泰国,每逢佳节,路过卤味摊档,闻香就会想起什邡板鸭。那百年传承的香,‘馋死个先人板板’。每次回乡,一定要砍个板鸭,先啃一腿,满嘴流油,尽解乡愁!”

The poster features a photo of Yang Fuzhou reuniting with friends and family in Thailand. Talking about his favorite Sichuan dish, he said, “I was born in Shifang, Sichuan, and now live in Thailand. Every time I pass by the stewed food stall, the smell reminds me of Shifang pressed salty duck. I have to taste it whenever I return home.”

Don’t forget to leave your contact information. We will select high-quality content to create AI creative posters, which will be posted on Sichuan International Communication Center's domestic and overseas social media platforms and Chuanguan News APP. Those with high interaction may have the chance to receive small gifts as part of the event!
