祝雪兰：以茶为“桥”促增收

6月7日，在苍梧县六堡镇山坪村，祝雪兰在展示自己制作的六堡茶。

　　广西梧州市苍梧县六堡镇山坪村地处大山深处，是一个瑶族群众聚居的村寨。2008年，瑶族妇女祝雪兰当选为山坪村党支部书记。十多年来，在当地党委政府的支持下，祝雪兰带领群众修路，建楼，架电网，逐步改善生产生活条件。同时，作为六堡茶制作技艺自治区级代表性传承人，祝雪兰办起“茶园讲堂”，推广传统制茶技艺，带领村民成立多家六堡茶专业合作社，并采用“党支部+合作社+农户”的模式，种茶制茶售茶，带动周边各族群众共同发展六堡茶种植产业，助力群众增收致富。
