第二十届中国发展高层论坛于3月23-25日成功举行。本届论坛增设的“CDF之声”栏目，向国内公众和国际社会传递论坛与会代表的观点和心声，获得了广泛关注。今天发声的是拜耳集团总裁沃纳·保曼（Werner Baumann）。
拜耳在中国的历史源远流长，早在1882年，拜耳公司首次进入中国市场。
1936年，拜耳就开始在上海生产阿司匹林。
随着中国成为世界上增长最快的市场之一，拜耳也逐步加大了在这里的投入。如今，拜耳在中国拥有9，000多名员工，运营着多家工厂，范围遍及全中国。
上世纪三十年代 ，中国电影明星阮玲玉为拜耳生产的阿司匹林做广告拜耳集团总裁沃纳·保曼（Werner Baumann）认为，改革开放40年来，中国发生了翻天覆地的变化，中国人民的生活水平快速提高。
