　　请注意：原告人香港证券及期货事务监察委员会已在香港特别行政区原讼法庭针对你展开诉讼（HCA 1142/2014），藉此就若干事宜提出申索，其中包括要求宣告你已违反《证券及期货条例》（第571章）（“该条例”）第277(1)条、依据该条例第213(8)条取得损害赔偿命令及依据该条例第213(2)(c)条取得强制令。

　　To: GU， CHUJUN， former director of Greencool Technology Holdings Limited whose last known residential and office addresses are located in Beijing， the People's Republic of China.

　　TAKE NOTICE that an action (HCA No. 1142 of 2014) has been commenced against you in the Court of First Instance of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region by the Plaintiff， Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong， in which the Plaintiff's claim is for， inter alia， a declaration that you have contravened section 277(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) ("SFO")， an order for damages pursuant to section 213(8) of the SFO and injunction pursuant to section 213(2)(c) of the SFO.

　　AND THAT it has been ordered by the Court of First Instance that the publication of this notice by advertising it in the "Securities Times" and "Ta Kung Pao" shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the proceedings on you.

　　AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Court of First Instance has granted an interlocutory freezing injunction against your assets for up to HK$1.2 billion. The interlocutory freezing injunction will continue to have effect against your assets unless and until you successfully apply to the Court of First Instance， situate at the High Court Building， 38 Queensway， Hong Kong， to set it aside or modify it.

　　Copies of the Writ of Summons indorsed with the Statement of Claim， the Orders dated 18 July 2014， 8 August 2014 and 14 November 2014 respectively and the Summons dated 22 July 2014 may be obtained from the High Court Registry and the Legal Services Division of the Securities and Futures Commission of which the offices are on 35th Floor， Cheung Kong Center， 2 Queen's Road Central， Hong Kong.
