　　FranklinTempletonInvestments及其所有关联公司和相关公司从未授权“北京弘力天国际投资顾问有限公司”（“该公司”）为它们在中国境内或境外从事任何活动和业务，及从未与该公司及称为“FranklinFundGroup”的公司或其代表处有任何形式的关系。
