commercial operation

#2 Unit (coal-fired unit with capacity of 0.6 million kw) of ShanweiPower Plant under Guangdong Honghaiwan Power Generation Co., Ltd.of which the Company holds 25% equity smoothly passed 168-hour fullload trial run on February 11, 2008. The unit has run in good conditionand met the requirements of relevant regulations. The unit was handedover for commercial operation on the same day. According to Yue Jia
(2006) No. 270 Notice of Guangdong Price Bureau, the on-grid electricityrate not including desulfuration expense is RMB 0.4382/kwh (includingtax)，including desulfuration expense is RMB 0.4532/kwh (including tax).
