新浪财经讯 12月4日消息，据财华社报道，云顶香港(00678-HK)公布，负责1982年娱乐场监控法(昆士兰州)的部长以及澳洲昆士兰州的Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation，Department of Justice and Attorney-General 已授出同意书，允许集团有权增加其于Star Entertainment投票权益达10%以上，惟不得超过24.99%。
目前，云顶香港早年拟购Star Entertainment(前称 Echo Entertainment)约2.7992%股权。
Star Entertainment 拥有及经营位于澳洲悉尼的 The Star Casino、澳洲布里斯本的 Treasury Casino and Hotel,以及澳洲黄金海岸的 Jupiters Hotel and Casino。 (自然)
