　　1.RequiredWork/Services.

　　1)ExperienceinPetrochemicalsWarehousing.

　　2)PreviousexperiencewithPetrochemicalCompanies.

　　3)Locations:warehousesarerequiredinthefollowinglocations a.Shanghai:StoragecapacityApproximate60，000MTonsperyear b.Qingdao:StoragecapacityApproximate40，000MTonsperYear

　　c.Guangzhou:StoragecapacityApproximate35，000MTonsperYear4)LogisticsExperienceinPetrochemicalProductsHandling.

　　5)The3WarehousesMustbeinaFreeZoneArea.

　　6)Have experience in documentation handling for inbound and out bound productsclearance.

　　7)Packaging mode ofPolyethylene Product:Palletized25kg FFS bags(1.5TonsonWoodenPallets)aswellasJumboWovenBags.

　　2.Pre-QualificationRequirements.

　　In order to be qualified to receive Request for Quotation(RFQ)for above services，interested Warehouse Service Providers must satisfy the stipulated requirementsandsubmittherequiredinformationbelow.Failuretosubmitanyof theunderlisteddocumentsmayrenderautomaticdisqualification:

　　*Note:All documents and communications must be in English Language only(amust，exceptforofficialcertificates)

　　a.Company Profile，Organization Structure，Work Force and CV's of Key Persons(Management)(allinEnglish).

　　b.Full details of similar services performed with relevant and verifiable referenceListofclientswheretheworkshadbeenundertakensamefield.

　　c.Annual Turnover of the company and last year's Audited Financial Statement.

　　d.CompanySizeandresourcessuchasNumberofemployees，officeslocally andoverseas.

　　e.Free Zone Area in the3required locations mentioned above and consideringtheMentionedcapacities.

　　f.Warehousing-storingshouldbeinagroundfloorandshouldnotbeshared withdifferentproducers.

　　g.Warehousingfacilityshouldhaveallsafetystandardequipment's

　　h.Warehousing Facility should have the height standard of stocking up variouslayers

　　3.ClosingDate.

　　a.The Closing Date for submission of Warehouse Service Provider Pre-qualificationdocuments shallbeWednesdaySeptember12th2012，not later than12.00noon(GMT)，any documents received after this closing date shallnot bereviewedoraccepted.
