KHI投资越南豪华酒店业

　　Kingdom Hotels Investments， a listed vehicle controlled by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal， will today announce it is to develop a luxury Raffles resort in Vietnam as part of an aggressive Asian expansion strategy.

　　The acquisition of the site in Da Nang signals a forthcoming shift in emphasis away from KHI's traditional core markets of the Middle East and Africa， which account for 27 of the company's 31 hotels.

　　The $65m Raffles Da Nang will have for sale around 150 hotel suites and 15 private residential villas on 1.54m sqft of beachfront. The project is due to be ready in 2011.

　　The company， which was founded a decade ago by Prince Alwaleed， the Saudi-based investor， listed in Dubai and London last year， raising $400m in expansion capital.

　　国王酒店投资公司由阿尔瓦利德王子于10年前创立，去年在迪拜和伦敦上市，筹集了4亿美元的扩张资金。
