Hinduja拟入股意大利电信

　　Hinduja Group， the Indian-owned conglomerate， is considering buying part of a controlling stake in Telecom Italia， underscoring the rapidly growing global ambitions of corporate India.

　　Hinduja， whose interest is， for now， preliminary， joins the many groups that have been taking a look at TI， Italy's dominant telecoms operator. Blackstone， the private equity group， said in November that it might be interested in taking a stake.

　　TI's biggest shareholder is controlled by Pirelli， the Italian tyre and real estate group.
