丰田因少报盈利被罚

Japanese automaker Toyota has been fined by Japanese tax authorities for failing to report more than $50 million in profits.
The Nagoya regional taxation bureau said the undeclared income related to sales of car components to Australian and Brazilian subsidiaries and advertising expenses over a three-year period ending in March 2004.
日本丰田汽车公司日前因有超过5000万美元利润未向税务部门上报，而被日本税务当局罚款。
日本名古屋地方税务局表示，丰田公司以过低的折扣价格向其在澳大利亚和巴西的子公司出售汽车零部件。与此同时，该公司还通过虚报广告开支等方式少报利润。
