Adobe首席财务官年底离职

　　Software company Adobe Systems Inc. said chief financial officer and executive vice president Randy Furr has resigned.

　　Furr， 52， will stay with Adobe through Dec. 31 to help with “transition matters，” the company said.

　　Adobe，whose products include the Adobe PDF Reader， Photoshop， Illustrator and PageMaker，said Furr's resignation is “unrelated to his work performed at Adobe and no issues have been raised regarding the integrity of the company's financial statements.”

　　Chief Executive Bruce Chizen took over CFO duties until a replacement for Furr is found.

　　美国图形图像软件巨头Adobe系统公司宣布，该公司首席财务官兰迪·福尔已经辞职。

　　该公司表示，现年52岁的福尔将会在公司呆到12月31日，以完成交接工作。

　　Adobe公司称，首席财务官福尔的辞职与他的工作业绩没有关系。这个辞职事件对于公司财务报告声明的完整性没有任何影响。Adobe公司曾发布过PDF Reader、 Photoshop、 Illustrator以及PageMaker等图形图像应用软件。

　　在找到合适的首席财务官接替人选之前，Adobe公司首席执行官布鲁斯·奇曾将代理福尔处理一些财务工作。
