An affiliate of South Korea's Posco, the world's third-largest steelmaker, said it's in talks about a contract to build a railway line in Nigeria.

“Nothing has been decided,” Woo Ho Jae, a spokesman at Posco Engineering & Construction Co., the unlisted construction unit of Pohang, South Korea-based Posco, said by phone today. “We haven't won the contract yet.”

Woo wouldn't confirm a report in Korea's Dong-a Ilbo newspaper that the order is worth $10 billion, and would be the largest any South Korean company has won.
